How do I use the File Manager?

The File Manager is pretty self explanatory, click on File Manager Button in the control panel, then click on the www link (this is where all of your files will reside). index.html is generally your homepage, sometimes can be called default.htm or index.htm depending on what program you're using.

Note: Before you upload HTML files, you will need be in the existing 'www' directory, then scroll to the bottom and you have several choices:

Edit/Create File: Input new file name to create file or input existing file to edit a file, then click the button.

Create Directory: input directory name you want to create, then click the button.

Send this file: This feature lets you upload files from your hard drive to our server. Click browse, choose file from your hard drive, then click upload to upload it to the www directory.

To delete a file or folder, click the 'delete' link next to the file/folder and click confirm delete.

To password protect a file/directory click 'pass' next to the file/directory and set username password.
